YFZ 2005
1)Our cut and fold machine is with scaner, PLC(programable computer control). Automatic cut and folding machine can cut, fold, iron, count both woven and printed labels. Shifting from one operation to another takes just few minutes. Special advantages for the machine are high production capacity and simplicity, which makes it suitable for both large productions and small orders. The machine doesnot need any maintenance, only general oiling once in 3,4 months.

 The ironing surface length is 500mm ,width is 150mm . When  the ironing
period is long, the folding is better. 
When the pressing time is longer the folding will be better.  
The pressing process 110 C is sufficient temparature  our machine. 
The knife can cut in 90 degrees so it can cut even the soft
and thin materials.

Label cut and fold speed is 200 labels / minute .

Attachments
YFZ 2005 2004 has a photocell to detect the label color differences.
Photocell is used mainly for printed labels. Photocell can be switched on and off easily

Machine screen Machine screen shows the number of labels that has been cut. Also the screen shows the labels cut in a minute,the iron temperature,knife temperature

Option 1: This option is used for shoe labels.Adhesive paper roll and textile label are connected.After then only the textile label is cut(paper bottom is not cut) Then the label roll is winded again.

2) Winding machine
The machine is used to wind label rolls.The machine has electronic counter. It can be adjusted to stop at at a definite meter. It can count 1000.000 meter.
The speed is adjustable.Electric motor is 3 phase.

EMBOSSING MACHINE
With this machine you can make writings and shapes on the straight woven labels with the help of templates.Templates embosses the label and makes the fabric shine. The system is PLC controlled pneumatic system. The speed is adjustable
